职位描述: ADC建造标准建立DCSet-upStandards1、制定/更新DC标准化的设备、设施标准；Sepup/updatestandardequipment&facilitieslist。2、对优化现有DC的作业动线及功能区。OptimizeexistingDC’soperationrouteandfunctionalarea B项目立项ProjectSetting1、前期项目的沟通Projectprophasecommunication2、建立相关部门联系窗口；Setupcontactwindowsofrelevantdepartments.3、订立项目执行时间表；Setuptimetableforprojectexecution4、DC作业的动线规划，功能区域规划；DCoperationrouteandfunctionalarealay-out5、设备配备建议及规划；Suggestionsandlayoutforequipmentandfacilities6、项目建造成本核算。Projectbuildingcostcounting C项目执行ProjectExecution1、确认工程进度，设备验收及安装；Affirmanceofconstruction’sprogress,equipmentreceivingandinstallation2、工程变更的审核建议及提报管理层；Provideauditingsuggestionsforconstructionalterationandreporttomanagement3、确保项目期间的生产安全；Ensurethesafetyduringtheprojectperiod4、制定移仓计划及编制预算。SepuprelocationplanandHCbudget D沟通与协调Communicationandcoordination1、有效及时与相关部门进行沟通及协调；Efficientandtimelycommunicationandcoordinationwithrelevantdepartments.2、每周/每月与各部门进行工作分析及问题跟进；Weekly/monthlyworkinganalysisandfollowupwithalldepartments.3、作业人员培训及安排；Trainingandarrangementforworkingpeople.4、当地政府部门的沟通。Communicationwithlocalgovernment. 任职要求： 1、大学本科毕业GraduateofBachelor’sdegree2、5年以上相关工作经验；Atleast5yearsworkingexperiences3、熟悉AntoCAD的操作；FamiliarwithAntoCADoperation4、具备安全生产考核合格证及监理工程师资格；Possesssafetyassessmentcertificateandsupervisionengineercompetency.5、熟悉消防法规及建筑相关规定；Familiarwithfirefightinglawandarchitecturerelevantregulations.6、有40，000平方米以上的DC建设经验。PossessDCset-upexperience(Over40，000sqm)
